All orders are produced on demand and fulfilled individually through our international print-on-demand fulfillment network. This means that your item is made specifically for you after your order has been placed.
We do not mass-produce large quantities or ship from a traditional stock warehouse. This allows us to reduce overproduction and keep every drop more intentional.
We currently use Fast Shipping for our orders. After production, delivery usually takes approximately 8–15 business days, depending on your destination, local carriers, customs processing and overall logistics conditions.
Please note that production time is required before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has entered the shipping network.
We want to be transparent: our current setup is based on print-on-demand fulfillment. While this gives us flexibility as an independent brand, we know that shipping speed, tracking reliability and the overall post-purchase experience are extremely important.
That is why we are currently restructuring our fulfillment process. Our goal is to offer a significantly better customer experience in the near future — with faster handling, clearer communication, improved tracking and a more reliable delivery process overall.
